There are two types of visas for Umrah:

• Tourist Visa
• Umrah Visa

If you hold European nationality, you can apply for a Saudi Arabia E-Visa. This visa is valid for one year, allowing multiple entries, with a maximum stay of 90 days per visit. Applications for an E-Visa must be submitted to the Saudi Embassy, which has the authority to approve or reject any application. Please note that the E-Visa fee is non-refundable in case of rejection.

If you are a non-European national, you must apply for an Umrah Visa. This visa is valid for 90 days with a single entry only. To apply, follow these steps:

1. Download the Saudi Bio App from the Google Play Store.
2. Complete the enrollment process by scanning your documents.
3. Submit the enrollment ID received from mofa.govt.sa to us for further processing.

Important: Umrah Visa holders are only allowed to visit Makkah and Madinah and cannot travel to other cities in Saudi Arabia.

Documents Required for an Umrah Visa

1. Original passport.
2. Original BRP (British Residence Permit Card).
3. Two passport-sized photos with a white or grey background.
4. A valid copy of your issued E-Tickets.
5. A valid copy of your issued hotel vouchers.

Submit all the required documents to our head office at 106-Dunton Road South East London. You may either deliver these documents in person or send them via post with a return-paid envelope.

Umrah can be categorized into two types:

1. Umrah-ul-Mufradah: This is an independent pilgrimage that can be performed at any time of the year, except during the days of Hajj. It is considered a voluntary act of worship.
2. Umrah-al-Tammatu: This type is performed as part of the Hajj pilgrimage during the month of Dhul-Hijjah, specifically before the commencement of Hajj rituals.
