Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with Kabba Travels, a trading name of Outlook Travel Ltd (Company No. 16776445). It is designed in accordance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Cancellation by You
You may cancel your booking at any time before departure by notifying us in writing to info@kabbatravels.co.uk. The following cancellation charges apply, calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation:

| 29–42 days | 50% of total package price |
| 15–28 days | 75% of total package price |
| 14 days or fewer | 100% of total package price |
Please note: Non-refundable components (e.g. airline tickets, visa fees) may result in higher cancellation charges regardless of the above scale.
2. Visa Refusals
If your Umrah or Hajj visa is refused by the Saudi Arabian authorities, we will refund all recoverable costs. However, the visa application fee is non-refundable. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers visa refusal.
3. Amendments by You
If you wish to amend your booking (e.g. change of departure date, hotel upgrade), we will endeavour to accommodate your request subject to availability. An amendment fee of £50 per person per change may apply, in addition to any supplier charges.
4. Cancellation by Us
4.1 We reserve the right to cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure, government travel restrictions, failure to reach minimum group size).
4.2 If we cancel your booking (other than due to your default), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid within 14 days.
4.3 Where possible, we will offer you an alternative package of equivalent or superior quality.
5. Force Majeure
We will not be liable to pay compensation if we have to cancel or make changes to your package as a result of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to) war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disasters, pandemics, or government action.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed, back to the original payment method.

8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
